You may use Seatly to plan seating arrangements for your events. You are responsible for the accuracy of guest information and for obtaining any consent required to store personal data of your guests within the Service.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Content and data

You retain ownership of the content and data you upload. You grant Seatly a limited license to host and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and your collaborators.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, accessing data you are not authorized to access, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seatly and BlueInstinct SL will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
